Description:

As the HR Delivery Manager, you will have oversight of a team of New Hire Ambassadors, Pre-Boarding Coordinators, and Contractor Onboarding Coordinators .
On a day-to-day basis, t he HR Delivery Manager will serv e as a main point of contact for escalations related to processing concerns and will also lead this critical team to ensure a delightful and compliant candidate onboarding experience . To thrive in this role, the HR Delivery Manager will need demonstrated leadership ability , attention to detail , a customer mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally .
The HR Delivery Manager will join the Employee Services team within the R1 HR Global Delivery and Operations team.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead a cross-country team to deliver on pre-employment screening, candidate post-Offer management, and contractor onboarding support.
  • Partner closely with global counterparts to ensure operational effectiveness, process consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to other HR teams and business leaders on matter related to pre-hire screening and onboarding tasks.
  • Serve as vendor point of contacts for background screening vendor ensuring strong partnership, delivery, and optimization.
  • Interact routinely with all HR functions including Payroll , Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition department s to coordinate and confirm end-to-end deliverables.
  • C onducts audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Run analysis to review performance, trends, and areas of focus to continuously improve the experience.
  • Coordinate with global HR Operations team to ensure completion of required HR processes including background check submission, I-9 process and/or e-Verify . Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure strong partnership.
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , business or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR Onboarding experience.
  • Proven ability to lead a global team.
  • Demonstrated HR process and change management experience .
  • Proven leadership ability.
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook , PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to work successfully in a very fast paced environment with the need to manage constant change.
  • Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize, delegate effectively, work within assigned deadlines, and on cross-functional teams .

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $45,000.00 - $99,991.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
