EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three year proven operational and/or administrative experience within a business environment, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, high stress environment.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

Effective and efficient management of the day-to-day operations of the Visa Section in conformity with Bank’s policies, procedures, and business objectives.
Money Laundering awareness by self and compliance adherence will play a key role in ensuring the Bank’s high standards are always maintained.
Assist Business support Manager in controlling the Staff Visa and Labor related concerns.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend to staff queries and visa service’s request.
  • Assist the Head of Visa Section for ad hoc reports when it’s required.
  • Checking and applications/visa and recording the discrepancies if any.
  • Renewal of HSBC staff Labour and visa Reminders to be sent on time as per agreed SLA” all branches in the UAE”.
  • Assisting circa 2800 employees for their laour contracts and Visa renewals and their dependents (Spouse+4 kids) for their visa related issues
  • Identify the list of expired Visa’s and labor cards and action renewal process for them to avoid any complications of late renewals.
  • Prepare all required documents for typing the forms as per existing government regulations.
  • Coordinate with the vendor to Process visas and labor services effectively and efficiently within a minimum time possible.
  • Prepare daily Visa & Labor Cost transfer sheet from Business Units Cost Center to UAE SD Visa Suspense Account.
  • Follow up with exit staff to be sure the cancellation is processed within last working day.
  • Complete the exit link and update the exit link tracker.
  • Processing the Business visas and Mission visas as per the EY report.
  • Review all receiving original documents form PRO after the request get typed or stamped with our PRO sheet.
  • Making the daily reconciliation and update the suspense account sheet.
  • Preparing the vendor monthly payment sheet.
