In such a dynamic and motivating context, we are offering a six-month Internship opportunity within our Human Resources Department.
The Intern will support the HR Development & Learning team of Bulgari Headquarters based in Rome in the following main activities:

Job responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the planned training sessions (in any format), by interfacing trainees, internal trainers/involved departments and external providers, in all the steps of the learning processes (e.g. scheduling, enrolment/invitation/monitoring, organization and monitoring of sessions including support to webinars, creation and/or coordination of training materials, collection and processing of trainees’ feedback, sharing of course materials, collection of attendances and data recording).
  • Support the administration of the assigned courses in e-learning platforms.
  • Support the team in planning and executing Wellbeing and People Caring projects.
  • Interface external providers and Bulgari managers, trainees, and other HR teams on all the organizational and informative aspects related to training.
  • Support the operational steps of budgeting and expenditure check for training & development.
  • Guarantee the use of document repositories and other innovative tools to constantly manage and improve the sharing of information, reporting and analysis about training.

Profile

  • Master’s degree
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
