Description:

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior HR generalist role.
  • Proven experience in developing performance review templates and guidelines
  • Extensive experience in high-volume cross-border hiring

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
  • Develop and implement performance review templates and guidelines to ensure consistent and fair performance evaluation
  • Manage high-volume cross-border hiring processes to support the company’s rapid growth and expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with regional hiring regulations and practices
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, with a particular focus on graduate hiring
  • Develop strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool
  • Foster a productive and collaborative remote working environment.
  • Provide support and resources to remote team members to ensure their success and engagement
