JOB DESCRIPTION

Team Management and Development

  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate the HR Business Partners team, ensuring a harmonious and effective support system for our internal clients, grounded in ethical and equitable practices.
  • Talent Development: Actively participate in the development of your team’s skills and competencies, conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and identifying potential for growth while addressing any performance gaps.
  • Communication: Provide meaningful information to your team about departmental policies and company operations, ensuring they understand the broader organizational context.
  • Department Representation: Promote the HR department through demanding yet respectful leadership that reflects our values.
  • Work Environment: Foster a fulfilling and secure work environment within your unit, demonstrating availability and adaptability to meet the service and company needs.

Project Leadership and Management

  • Strategic Planning: With your team, develop realistic work plans and change management approaches to ensure smooth and proactive project implementation, engaging broader teams effectively.
  • Project Oversight: Lead key HR projects including:
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Employee Satisfaction Surveys: Oversee the implementation and follow-up of employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Work Time Flexibility: Innovate and implement flexible work schedules and resource management for our retail operations.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Drive initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Project Monitoring: Ensure effective monitoring and visibility of project progress, managing interdependencies with other group-wide initiatives by participating in Business Boards.

Change Management

  • Cultural Transformation: Lead change management efforts for the HR department and support cultural change across other departments.
  • Impact Assessment: Understand and manage the impacts of processes on organizational behavior, culture, and systems.
  • Cross-functional Groups: Establish and lead cross-functional and bottom-up workgroups.
  • Analytics Implementation: Develop and implement analytics to support change initiatives.
  • Training and Communication: Act as a central point of coordination with training and communication teams to facilitate smooth transitions.

Digital Transformation

  • Organizational Development: Contribute to the development of new organizational structures, processes, and tools to meet future departmental needs.
