Description:

HR DIRECTOR

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Flexible with regular travel to HTG-UK sites across the UK (Current operational bases include Grimsby, Cornwall, Dorset, Lincoln, Norfolk & Essex)
Salary: £80,000 per annum + Company Car or Car Allowance (Whichever you prefer)
Benefits: 30 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays, Private Medical Insurance, Company Sick Pay

Are you an experienced HR leader looking for a new challenge? HTG-UK is seeking an HR Director to take ownership of our Human Resources function. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement people strategies that support our business objectives and operational needs. Your leadership will play a key part in building a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and driving employee engagement across the organization.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally at the HR Director level.
  • Track record of delivering impactful HR services within a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary HR teams.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Strategic decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to operational sites.
