An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Human Resources Director in our UOP business located in Rosemont, IL. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support global business leaders who are driving growth, innovation and employee development.
You will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively develop/lead HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, inclusion and diversity and effective AOP census management for a $1.2B line of the UOP business. You will build upon your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth.
