This role is hands-on, close to the business’s everyday activities, and needs you to be a roll your sleeves up and get stuck in kind of person. You’ll also need a very strategic mindset that can reverse engineer business requirements and targets into a sound people strategy that directly impacts the company’s success.
You’ll take charge of all HR functions, focusing on aligning our HR practices with our company vision and values. From onboarding to offboarding, performance management to learning and development, you’ll build a world-class culture that ensures every team member thrives.
You’ll need to be deeply familiar with the iGaming industry’s unique challenges and opportunities, positioning yourself as a vital partner to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: You will develop and implement forward-thinking HR strategies that align with business goals. As a trusted advisor to our senior management team, you’ll provide guidance on everything from organizational development to scaling across international borders.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, you’ll create an onboarding experience that excites new hires and ensures a smooth transition. You’ll also drive improvements in our offboarding processes to gain insights and improve employee retention.

  • Performance Management: You will lead the design of performance evaluation systems that push the boundaries of high performance. You’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring regular feedback and coaching.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Help us attract and retain top talent by crafting competitive and forward-thinking compensation and benefits packages, with an eye on industry trends.
  • Learning and Development: You’ll shape a learning culture by developing innovative training programs that promote both personal and professional growth. You’ll identify skill gaps and use a data-driven approach to close them.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with international labor laws and industry regulations will be a key part of your role. You’ll lead efforts to create a workplace that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Culture and Employee Engagement: You’ll drive initiatives that foster creativity, collaboration, and a sense of belonging. From employee engagement surveys to real-time feedback, you’ll shape a work environment where our global workforce is empowered to succeed.
  • HR Operations & Metrics: You’ll oversee day-to-day HR operations and use data analytics to drive insights that impact decision-making. From payroll to employee relations, you’ll ensure HR’s contributions are impactful and efficient.
