Description:
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Director. The position is based in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, United States. As an HR Director, you will be expected to play a critical role in managing our workforce, with a keen focus on the administration of benefits, employee relations, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities: • Oversee the administration of ADP. • Manage the ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode to ensure smooth and efficient operations. • Utilize the Ceridian and Kronos Timekeeping System for accurate employee time tracking. • Spearhead the administration of employee benefits and handle related functions. • Oversee the Compensation Administration process to ensure fair and competitive remuneration. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. • Forge strong relationships with the C-Suite and act as a liaison between management and employees. • Manage employee relations and conduct investigations when necessary. • Develop and implement strategies for Benefits Administration. • Oversee Employee Relations Investigations and ensure the resolution of any issues that arise
- Proven experience in a similar role as HR Director • Expertise in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now • Proficient in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode • Experience with Ceridian and Kronos Timekeeping System • Knowledge of Benefit Functions and Benefits Administration • Proficient in Compensation Administration • Clear understanding of Compliance and Employee Relations • Ability to conduct Employee Relations Investigations • Experience working with C-Suite executives • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field • detail oriented certification in Human Resources would be an advantage
