Description:

We are seeking an HR Director in west Denver. This role is primarily responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies in the restaurant industry, managing the HR team, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute HR strategies for talent management, development, and retention.
  • Develop comprehensive recruitment processes to ensure a steady pipeline of talent for all positions.
  • Supervise HR professionals to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Stay updated on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Ensure all levels comply with labor regulations.
  • Manage the performance appraisal system effectively and ensure its proper implementation across all levels.
  • Cultivate and oversee employee training and development programs.
  • Address workplace issues such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Handle HR issues such as employee relations, benefits, payroll, and hiring practices efficiently.
  • Use accounting software systems and Ceridian to manage HR tasks like 401k - RRSP Administration, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Claim Administration, and Cobra Administration.
  • Must have proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Knowledge of Ceridian is required
  • Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is necessary
  • Must have skills in Auditing
  • Should be able to manage Benefit Functions effectively
  • Requires experience in Claim Administration
  • Expertise in Cobra Administration is desirable
