HR Director (Full-Time, Permanent) in the Windham County (Hybrid Role)!!!
**ALL APPLICANTS must be commutable to the Windham area- you will not be considered if looking for remote.
Our client is seeking to employ an experienced HR Director to manage their personnel, policies and procedures. As the HR Director, you will be leading a small team, managing employee relations, maintaining HRIS system, designing performance plans, negotiating with external vendors for services such as insurance, 401k, and conducting other essential HR duties.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A Degree is required.
Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in management.
Proficient in HRIS systems.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR operations
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
Maintain an effective HRIS system
Conduct performance plans
Manage relationships with external vendors (insurance, 401k, etc.)
Handle employee relations
