VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional HR Director to partner with our Supporting Functions, Supply Chain, Digital Technology, Finance and more. You will join our HR team based in Stabio, Ticino - CH.

As HR Director, you will partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, Digital Technology and other supporting functions to advise on strategic plans and objectives for their departments.
Through this relationship, the HRD, is responsible for determining strategies that are focused on identifying and developing critical business skills and platforms while enabling associates’ career growth in alignment to our global talent strategy .
We expect that you, as HR Director, will deliver unbeatable results whilst fulfilling the following aspects of the business partnering role:
Builds trust and partnerships with senior business leaders, HR COE’s, HRBPs, People Services and other HRBP’s to ensure alignment across teams and within the business
Act as the primary HR consultant and confidant to your assigned Enterprise Functional leaders and as part of the EMEA HR Leadership team
Advise on workforce planning strategies including org design and restructurings, job description development, and compensation planning
Partners with business leaders to develop and execute both short- and long-term organizational effectiveness strategies
Lead client groups in all annual people processes such as annual compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, culture surveys, and performance
Lead client group/department-specific projects, cost-saving initiatives, and reinventing programs from an HR lens
Challenge and guide leaders to have an impact on teams’ culture and engagement
Partner with Talent Acquisition to secure a diverse external pipeline for critical roles, ensuring a talent plan is in place
Advise leadership on VF Standard Operating Procedures to ensure fair and equitable application for all VF associates partnering with employment counsel and employee relations team
Lead your HR business partnering team effectively, driving their performance and learning.
Your team includes, in addition, a resource on Organizational Change, to drive change initiatives across functions and teams, and another on Talent Development, which focuses on value-added development, career and performance programs in alignment with the Global team
Skills for Success
You have extended experience (10+ yrs indicative) as an HR professional including solid Business Partnering experience in a leadership role.
WE EXPECT YOU, BASED ON PROVEN EXPERIENCE, TO:
Understand, and, preferably, have direct knowledge of talent development or acquisition, employee relations or compensation
Have partnering experience with Supply Chain, Digital, Finance and other Enterprise and Technical functions
Showcase a clear understanding of European policies, customs and practices
Being at ease across a matrixed organization
