Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Assist with the performance management process by setting goals, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback to employees.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, planning and delivering training programs, and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, including employee files, timekeeping, and payroll information.
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
  • Provide HR support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries.
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices.
