Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies, and assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures.
  • Process payroll payment.
