Description:

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Kuwait labor laws and a proven track record in various HR functions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within Kuwait.
  • Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.

Experience:

  • HR executive: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on any changes in labor legislation and implement necessary changes in HR policies and practices.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems. Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and leave management. Prepare HR reports as required.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
