Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a valid Dubai driver’s license;
- Associate’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Administration, or related fields;
- At least 1 year of HR-related experience (exceptional fresh graduates may also be considered);
- Familiarity with HR practices and modules, with experience in recruitment or employee relations preferred;
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong data processing skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of teamwork;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively;
- Knowledge of national and regional labor laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret policies;
- Strong adaptability and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-up tasks;
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, probation, and job transfer procedures;
- Support the organization and execution of employee training sessions, including preparing materials, notifying participants, and managing attendance;
- Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and timeliness;
- Assist the company’s accountant and cashier in reviewing employees’ attendance, annual leave, and sick leave records;
- Support company events and activities to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement;
- Promote HR policies and provide routine guidance on company policies, assisting in handling employee relations;
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by HR manager
