Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, training, development, and compliance.
- Administer payroll and benefits accurately and timely.
- Implement HR policies and handle performance management.
- Assist with onboarding and pass applications for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with local lab or laws and foster a positive work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
3- 5 years experienced in Full spectrum of Human Resources.
IHRS - Certified personnel will be highly advantage
