JOB DESCRIPTION

• Full spectrum of Human Resource functions and good understanding of Singapore Employment Laws
• Assists with the recruitment and hiring processes and manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Assists with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellation for foreign workers
• ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other government-related claims and work pass applications
• Updating and maintaining proper HR database and records in the system
• Ensure that all HR documentation is properly filed and administrated, this includes employees’ personal files, employment, confirmation, warning, resignation and confirmation letter, appraisals
• Updating & maintaining Employee’s Group insurance.
• Handling of staff training & development plans and enrolment to trainings
• Handling of leave management in our system
• To ensure the organization chart is up to date and accurate
• To conduct HR related survey and prepare HR related reports
• Assists to organize team bond activities
