Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Saudi Nationals Only
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and English language.
  • Strategic thinking, adaptability, and a commitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process legal documentation for employees in an effective, timely manner.
  • Updating employee’s information in the system and refresh the data.
  • Handle the onboarding of new joiners, governments recruitment support registration, company\team introduction and following up with all HRIS,
  • Implementing public policies for security, safety, human resources, payroll information systems and employee relations.
  • Coordinating with the department’s managers to implement human resources policies in line with the company strategy.
  • Keep track with localization programs and percentage in all company branch’s in GCC.
  • Developing personnel and administration policies and managing all their process (Salaries, GOSI, Vacations, Warning, etc.).
  • In charge of employee’s medical insurance.
  • Prepare team-building programs and activities.
  • Following with Ministry of Labors in GCC for all new laws and regulations.
  • Following with all government payments related to employees.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll table.
  • Coordinate with finance department to ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with management to handle complaints, conflicts and other issues arising from or between employees
