JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive (Full Spectrum) to support the employees and operations of 2 Preschools in Singapore.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum with a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource with two years of HR experience preferably in the Early Childhood Industry.
- Prior experience working in a similar Industry and understand the recruitment requirements of Educators in Singapore
- GCE ’O’ Level
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Well versed in Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
- A team player with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Patient and loves interacting with young children

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Cluster Principal and School Principals to understand their strategic priorities and develop HR initiatives to support them.
- Develop and implement HR programmes and policies to drive business outcomes.
Establish a strong understanding of the operations needs/challenges and ground issues of staff.
- Facilitate strategic initiatives like improving employee engagement and onboarding programmes.
- Partner with Centre Leaders to study and review staff promotion, career progression and succession planning (current and future) of staff.
- Collaborate with the Management Team to identify and support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employees’ overall experience.
- Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Preparation and submission of reports and process local government claims (NS claims, maternity claims, childcare claims, etc.).
Discuss employee confirmation, transfer, re-designation, conversion, renewal and re-employment with managers and staff to ensure smooth transition to the next milestone or new position.
- Prepare letter of offer for new employees and go through the terms with them.
- Prepare and handle employee off-boarding to ensure smooth and gracious exit experience, be it voluntary or involuntary exit.
- Conduct appropriate retention surveys, compile and analyse data collected from employee surveys and exit interviews.
- Propose and advise Action Pan to address or improve any issues and/or concerns identified.
- Involve and participate in the planning and rolling out of organization-wide/centre events and activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of adhoc HR projects and initiatives.
