Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, offering and new hire onboarding.
- Responsible for work pass application / renewal / cancellation / appeals.
- Maintain and update HR information systems to ensure accurate. employee records.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations counseling, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes.
- To drive employee’s engagement activities and not limited to company event and teambuilding activities.
- Documents preparation for ISO audit, GGBS, and other business certification renewal.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 Years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
