Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, offering and new hire onboarding.
  • Responsible for work pass application / renewal / cancellation / appeals.
  • Maintain and update HR information systems to ensure accurate. employee records.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations counseling, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes.
  • To drive employee’s engagement activities and not limited to company event and teambuilding activities.
  • Documents preparation for ISO audit, GGBS, and other business certification renewal.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 5 Years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
