- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

- Employee benefits and compensation:
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
