HR Executive - HS

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Human Resource or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Employment Act.
• Preferred to have working experience in Construction Industry.Required to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments.
•

• End-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, work pass applications), and smooth employee onboarding.
• Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, guide on setting performance goals, and track employee progress.
• Assist in administering payroll, benefits, and compensation plans. Handle related inquiries.
• Prepare and present regular HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to senior management.Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and maintain accurate employee records.
