Description:

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews,and job offer
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge job satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Generate reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover, attendance, and performance.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of performance management systems.
  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the hotel group’s compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and inspections.
