Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle onboarding, offboarding and displine matters
  • Manage all staff leave related processes
  • Contract Renewal, Emplacement & Promotions
  • Handle Grants & Claims
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement in HR through streamlining of work processes and practices.
  • Manage employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
  • May need to manage full suite of staff recruitment process which includes but not limited to sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possesses a recognized degree/Diploma in HRM or Business studies or equivalent
  • Comfortable to travel as you may need to travel on site (islandwide) when needed
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Able to handle high volume of workload in a fast-paced environment

  • Location: Kaki Bukit
  • Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PMSalary: $3000 - $4000
