Description:
JOB OVERVIEW:
Recruitment and staffing logistics, performance management, employees’ orientation, development and training logistics, and records maintenance, employees’ relations, communication, compensation and benefits demonstration, safety, welfare, wellness, other employees’ services. Maintain all HR filing system and efficiently assist in running day to day tasks of HR department. Prepares and controls daily monthly attendance and leave reports. Oversee the office cleanliness. Internal liaising office work. Liaise with accounts and other departments with regards to the payments and other necessary documentation. Oversee stationary management and renewals and to:
File employee-related documents, answer department telephones, reply messages and
distribute information to employees
Responsible for editing documents and presentations, entering and updating employee
information into company databases, preparing employment packages, handling benefits information and processing termination paperwork
Assist HR staff with specified projects, such as planning company events
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and payroll administration in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:
· Provide customer service, both in-person and by telephone; screen and direct telephone calls;
take and reply messages; answer questions from employees and the general public regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations relating to human resources management; respond to employment verification requests, salary and benefit surveys, and other requests for information
· Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Division;
compose and type letters, memoranda, and other correspondence related to assigned human resources programs and activities; prepare a variety of reports including technical reports and status reports pertaining to human resource management programs and activities
· Notify candidates of application/employment status; prepare certification lists
· Process personnel action forms and maintain personnel records to ensure timely performance
evaluations and appropriate actions
· Maintain personnel records ensuring timely and accurate records
· Perform a variety of general support duties, make copies, maintain calendar of activities,
meetings, and various events for assigned colleague; process mail including, receiving, sorting, time stamping, logging, and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages; order office supplies
· Liaise with the PRO for the visa submission, and cancellation
· Prepares welcome pack for the new arrivals
· Allocate and prepares accommodation for the new joiners (beddings, comforter, pillow, lines,
flat and room keys.)
· Assist new colleague to do Human Resources housekeeping like filling-up all forms, and
contract signing
· Collect original passport, employment visa/tourist visa from the driver or from the colleague
· Apply the Emirates ID, medical and occupational health card for the colleagues
· Maintain the personal file up to date
· Keep track for all documents expiration
· In-charge for Birthday celebrator and arrange some gift for them
· Update colleagues and outlet contact number
· Coordinate with the outlets for any documents require approval by the management
· Collect the resignation letter signed by the restaurant manager from the supervisor
· Collect original passport, Emirates ID, DMCC card and medical Insurance card from the
resigned colleague
· Inspect accommodation and submit to Human Resources
· Update the accommodation rooming list
