Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for talent acquisition and onboarding? We’re seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team and drive our recruitment process from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment function.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite.
• Meticulous, well-organized.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with work pass applications.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinate interview, reference & background checks, selection and offer.
• Manage employees onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer work pass process (application, renewal, cancellation).
• Create and maintain employee profiles in HRIS and P-file.
• Manage HR administrative tasks, including preparing documentation, contracts, and letters.
• Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrolments, changes and terminations.
• Registration of training courses for staff and processing of invoices from course providers.
• Ensure HR & Admin activities compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by the management.
