Job Description
- Responsible for the employee lifecycle HR operations such as On-boarding and employment changes (e.g. confirmations, transfers, promotions, terminations) processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Human Resource Information System (HRIS) records and regularly review data to ensure accuracy
- Responsible for work and dependent visa applications from submission, tracking and arranging appointments with MOM
- Responsible for ensuring up to-date employee benefits enrolment and claim administration. Be the first level contact point for all employees’ queries on human resources and welfare matters
- Preparation of letters of certification, employment contracts and expatriate management
- Participate in HR projects or tasks as and when assigned
Job Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline (Business Studies / Human Resource Management)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services
- Proficient in Times Payroll Software and/or Workday
- Familiar with employment related statutory guidelines
- Resilient, detailed, analytical and open to changes
- A collaborator with the mindset of providing good employee experience
Excellent MS excel skill, knowledge of RPA
