Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years relevant working experience preferably in logistics related industry
- Possess sound working knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements and other local statutory requirements
- Must be able to handle high level of confidential information regarding employees with sensitivity
- Able to communicate with multiple levels of stakeholders of varying backgrounds and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities; comfortable with multiple daily responsibilities
- Must be independent, resourceful, meticulous and self-motivated.
- Knowledge in Timesoft Payroll system is an advantage
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin will be a strong advantage
Responsibilities:
- Act as an advisor on HR matters
- Implement HR strategies/ initiatives to align with the overall corporate strategy
- Participate in end-to-end recruitment process, from posting of job advertisements, reviewing of applications, salary benchmarking, arrange and conduct interviews to KET preparation
- Handle Work Pass application, renewal & cancellation
- Prepare and conduct induction program for new staff
- Monitor staff confirmation and handle disciplinary issues
- Manage and maintain employee’s records in system
- Administer medical claim, leave application and Time Management System
- Handle Payroll process and generate monthly payroll and reports independently
- Manage queries on payroll related matters promptly to all employees and business partners
- Keep track of employee entry passes for different locations
- Process foreign worker levy waiver claim and tax clearance for foreign employees
- Participate in yearly ISO/ OHSAS certification
- Handling incoming operations calls/ emails and record on schedule accordingly
- Other office and operational administration duties
