REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in managing Learning & Development activities.
- Strong background in HR operations, including payroll, time and attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in employee welfare, employee engagement, and new hire orientations.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT for creating presentations and data-related reports.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Availability to join within one month.

Responsibilities:
- Learning & Development: Manage and execute activities that support employee growth and development, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- HR Operations: Oversee key HR operations, including payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, leave management, and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives focused on employee welfare and engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Onboarding: Conduct new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding process for all new employees.
- Presentations and Reports: Prepare and deliver presentations and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT to support HR activities and decision-making.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address HR-related needs and maintain alignment with overall company objectives.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- HR Guidance: Provide employees with guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
