HRguru® is looking for leaders who possess HR experience, knowledge and skills from diverse backgrounds to provide HR analysis, advice, coaching, and talent development services for our clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess an MBA or post graduate qualifications in organisational psychology
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in HR/Organisational Development in an MNC, TLC or statutory board or extensive experience in executive/career coaching or HR consulting
- Excellent network with entrepreneurs, business leaders and HR practitioners
Responsibilities:
- Understand strategic HR issues and evaluate options to determine the appropriate organisational and HR interventions
- Provision of HR advisory and consultancy services
- Provision of executive coaching and career advice services
- Spearhead the HR resourcing business
- Lead in leadership & talent development programmes
- Lead in expanding the HRguru® network and partners
- Development of outsourced HR solutions
- Development & implementation of team and leadership development programmes
