JOB SUMMARY

To continue delivering best-in-class seedlings and innovative agriculture solutions to field growers, we are seeking a Human Resources File Clerk.
The Human Resource Assistant will perform clerical work using a variety of skills, methods, and procedures to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department.
REQUIREMENTS
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual English / Spanish Required.
- Must maintain California Driver’s License and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.
- 3-5 years of prior related office experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of office practices and procedures; knowledge of or ability to quickly learn any applicable departmental or organizational rules and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Review and Maintain complete and complex departmental records.
- Maintain files and filing systems in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Identifies, reviews, and files various types of materials and conducts research related to materials as needed.
- Transfers information from reports, files, and other documents into sheets and other record-keeping systems.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Compensation Range: $17.00-$20.76/per hr
