Description:
HR GENERALIST
We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our team of eight HR and Talent Acquisition professionals. The role provides support across the full range of HR activities and would be a particularly good fit for anyone with 1-2 years’ general HR administration experience looking for the next step in your career.
This role will provide a great opportunity to develop your skills within an experienced, supportive and welcoming HR team!
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dublin office.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS
The ideal HR Generalist will have:
- Proven experience working in a HR environment, preferably in professional services industry
- Personable, professional and practical in approach to work and a team player with a belief in your ability to influence the day-to-day experience of our colleagues in a positive way
- HR related qualification, or equivalent relevant HR experience
- Previous payroll experience also an advantage
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with ability to organise your own workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and comfortable managing a diverse workload with the ability to continuously re-prioritise
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills a distinct advantage; experience with Workday also advantageous
- Excellent oral and written English, with effective communication skills
- Experience of working within a regulated environment, with MCC/F&P administration is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for responding to queries to the HR Mailbox (a central point for administrative queries), to ensure a comprehensive service in dealing with queries on a timely basis
- HR administrative/generalist support to the HR Business Partners
- Providing efficient and effective HR administration in relation to on/offboarding activities
- Responsibility for compliance and maintenance of accurate Fitness & Probity/MCC records for our regulated business activities (as relates to HR)
- End to end management of leave processes – maternity leave, parental leave etc.
- Hosting HR induction briefing sessions to our new joiners
- Ownership for the organisation of a full day Quarterly Induction for all new hires across the business.
- Administration of monthly payroll, ensure accuracy in documenting changes to our payroll partner
- Support the HR team with HR initiatives as required, including colleague development, colleague wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and all aspects of the talent cycle
- Compiling and maintaining accurate HR reports
- HR Data administration – auditing, data retention processing etc.
- Actively identify and execute on process improvements
