Description:

HR GENERALIST REQUIRED

Brampton Care and Rehabilitation is looking for a HR Generalist to join them on a full-time permeant basis.
Brampton Care & Rehabilitation are a large healthcare organisation based in Oranmore Ireland with over 100 healthcare staff we are expanding our HR Team.
Brampton Care & Rehabilitation is located beside the motorway making travel easy from a variety of locations. The successful application will be based on-site working Monday to Friday. You will have the support from both the Head of HR and Operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant HR Experience in a fast-paced industry
  • Relevant HR Qualification Minimum level 6
  • Knowledge and understanding of Employment Law and Legislation
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong administrative Skills
  • Strong Organisational Skills
  • Experience working with Excel, Word and Microsoft

Responsibilities:

Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance review processes and employee development plans.
Training & Development: Organize training sessions and professional development opportunities. Keep updated training records for HIQA Audits
HR Administration: Maintain employee records and generate HR-related reports inc Employment Letters, Visa Applications etc.
On-boarding Support with the on-boarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires
Conduct Fire Safety Training with Staff – Full Training and Up-skilling is provided for this.
Health & Safety - Be the company health and Safety representative. This includes accidents at work, Sick Leaves etc.
Surveys Co-ordinate the roll out of an annual Staff Satisfaction Survey.
