POSITION
To support our rapidly growing organization and its employees, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR colleague to join and strengthen the HR team at our headquarters in Haasrode.
As an HR Generalist, you will provide support across various HR domains, including recruitment and selection, performance management, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. You will also take the lead on one or more HR projects or processes. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and Selection: You will coordinate job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and advise on selecting the right candidate to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: You will manage the onboarding of new employees and the offboarding of departing staff, including overseeing onboarding activities and conducting exit interviews.
- Training & Development: You will process training requests, identify suitable solutions, and implement them to support employee development.
- Performance Management: You will support the rollout of an engaging and goal-oriented performance management process, including setting objectives and career development planning.
- Point of Contact: You will serve as the main point of contact for managers and employees, offering guidance and support on operational HR matters.
- HR Projects: You will coordinate and contribute to HR projects, such as digitalization, performance management, and training & development initiatives.
- Employee Well-being: You will monitor employee well-being and engagement, proposing and implementing action plans when needed.
- HR Processes: You will assist in the implementation of new or updated HR processes within the organization.
