Description:
Your role
Corpay is currently looking to hire an HR Employee Experience Partner within our CCS division located in Prague.
As the Employee Experience Partner, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and delivering key HR services across the organization. Your role will focus on optimizing people operations processes and enhancing the employee experience. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, manage HR systems, and support the implementation of key HR programs.
In addition, you will lead the creation, management, and execution of various HR projects and continuously review and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
This role involves close collaboration with employees, managers, and the HR community, including the HR Employee Experience Team and HR Business Partners, to ensure the seamless delivery of HR activities and an exceptional employee experience.
What you’ll be doing
Responsibilities
Administration & Systems Management
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of HR administrative systems, including:
- Employee handbook and HR policies.
- Employee records (paper and digital).
- Diary systems for probation, salary reviews, and leave tracking.
- Manage HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Ensure base salaries are updated in the system and liaise with remuneration consultants for annual and ad hoc advice.
- Oversee the annual salary review process, monitoring exceptions and addressing gaps.
- Manage employee benefits and introduce new programs when appropriate to support employee well-being.
HR Partner Support Across the Employee Lifecycle
- Provide expert advice on HR partner activities, including performance and disciplinary issues, training and development, performance management, and organizational change.
- Lead improvements to HR practices, processes, policies, and procedures to enhance employment practices across all business units.
- Ensure full compliance with employment laws and legislative requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR matters.
HR Business Partnering
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing insights on talent, performance, and organizational development.
- Advise on employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide coaching to line managers on employment law, employee relations, and performance management processes.
- Support line managers with informal and formal performance processes.
- Ensure policies and procedures are current and compliant with employment legislation, including localization of global policies.
- Manage and monitor international employee movements into the region, coordinating with immigration agencies as needed.
Onboarding
- Oversee HR induction for all new hires, ensuring documentation is accurately processed for payroll.
- Assist managers in organizing comprehensive induction timetables for new employees.
- Ensure completion of global e-learning for new hires and act as a liaison with U.S.-based teams.
Performance, Development, and Culture
- Support the global annual performance management framework, coaching managers on SMART goal setting and FLEETCOR/CORPAY behavioral competencies.
- Advise managers on effective communication with employees regarding HR-related information.
- Collaborate with marketing on organizing social and cultural events for staff to foster engagement and inclusivity.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR role, such as HR Generalist or HR Administrator. Experience in HR business partnering or employee experience roles is highly advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership, showcasing empathy and professionalism.
- Experience with managing HRIS systems and payroll coordination; familiarity with the Workday system is a plus.
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is essential.
- Previous experience managing international employees is desirable.
- Proficiency in using Excel, including day-to-day tasks and working with basic formulas, is a significant advantage.
