- A high school diploma or equivalent OR A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of human resources practices and labour law
- Fluency in German, English, Polish desirable
- Minimum of 2 years experienc
Responsibilities:
The HR Generalist provides administrative support to the Senior Director, HRBP, covering Germany, Poland, Austria and Switzerland. This is a full-time, remote position to be based in Germany, The initial contract duration will be 3 months.
What you will do
- Employee support: Provide administrative support to employees, such as answering questions, listening to concerns, and offering solutions
- Recruiting: Help with the hiring process by contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and posting job listings
- Benefits: Manage employee benefits, such as processing enrollments and terminations, and communicating with external benefit providers
- Payroll: Assist with processing payroll and holiday requests, and maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Onboarding: Lead orientation sessions for new employees and provide information about benefits
- Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, employee handbooks, and newsletters
- Meetings: Arrange meetings and appointments for the HR team and company-wide HR-related meetings
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws
