WHAT YOU BRING:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
- Possesses a solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Is an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains confidentiality with ease.
Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Rockstar: Assisting with onboarding top talent who share our values and passion for making a difference.
- Employee Advocate: Addressing inquiries and fostering a supportive work environment in the payroll and human resource department.
- Policy Pioneer: Contribute to the development of HR policies that align with our mission and enhance our workplace culture.
- Compliance Guardian: Ensure our practices comply with employment laws while maintaining accurate HR records.
- Payroll and Benefits Guru: Serve as a go-to resource for employees regarding benefits inquiries, ensuring clarity and satisfaction in their compensation and benefits experience.
