We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
• Possesses a solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Is an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains confidentiality with ease.

• Recruitment Rockstar: Assisting with onboarding top talent who share our values and passion for making a difference.
• Employee Advocate: Addressing inquiries and fostering a supportive work environment in the payroll and human resource department.
• Policy Pioneer: Contribute to the development of HR policies that align with our mission and enhance our workplace culture.
• Compliance Guardian: Ensure our practices comply with employment laws while maintaining accurate HR records.
• Payroll and Benefits Guru: Serve as a go-to resource for employees regarding benefits inquiries, ensuring clarity and satisfaction in their compensation and benefits experience.
