Description:
There is an opening for an HR Generalist (salary exempt position) based at the ENF Irvine Plant, however, responsibilities include Corry/Warren Plant needs. This position will report to the Human Resources Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four-year BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent computer skills with ability to use all Microsoft Office products, HRIS experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Detail oriented with ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at the highest level
- Demonstrate company policy through individual behaviors
- Regional travel is required
