Description:

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in the technology industry

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources or similar education)

  • Proficient in using an HRIS as well as Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
  • Must be hands-on and able to multi-task in a fast-changing environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Experience processing payroll in Germany would be a plus
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws in supporting regions, preferably Germany, Romania or Spain
  • Fluency in English and conversational level of German required; Spanish or Romanian is a plus

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing HR processes in EMEA throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will play a key role in enhancing the new hire experience, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This position requires a hands-on approach, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to driving impactful HR initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Administer and optimize HR processes in EMEA throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding

  • Be the front-line face for daily employee and manager support in answering general HR questions

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations; communicate new policies clearly and effectively to all employees
  • Innovate and improve the employee lifecycle, from communication strategies to internal documentation and relationship building
  • Assist with the development of the performance review process
  • Provide support for employee relations activities, including counseling, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations
  • Efficiently manage routine HR tasks while prioritizing urgent issues to maximize positive outcomes; understand how these tasks interrelate and impact the overall workflow to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
