Description:

We are looking for an HR Generalist in Sissach to work with our lovely team of ambitious people. You will be focused on providing HR and payroll support, recruitment and selection and general employee relations support for the team.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Strategic personnel planning in cooperation with the business units leaders.
- To create job description with the help of hiring managers; to screen applications and conduct interviews.
- To handle all administrative tasks along the entire HR life cycle (contracts, certificates, work permits, data entry and filing, recording working hours).
- Monthly payroll runs for the legal entity (including social insurances and tax).
- Carrying out the year-end work like wage statements and declarations, annual salary reviews and plans.
- To support in resolving workplace conflicts and handling labor relations.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- To participate in global or European HR Projects (engagement survey, global career framework, performance management, embrace differences day, safety day, …)
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of HR with a particular focus on payroll.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the Swiss labor and payroll laws.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Willingness to travel a few times per year to other locations for Europe for leadership meetings.
