Description:

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Generalist role regarding HR related topics:
  • Recruiting and onboarding of new employees (including preparation of job advertisements, job interviews and employment contracts)
  • Compensation and payroll management
  • Employee and team development (conception and organization of internal and external training programs)
  • Personnel marketing activities
  • Shaping a social working environment
  • Consulting activities and ongoing support for employees and managers
  • Coordination of initial training in the headquarter for new employees
  • Employee data management on the Fronius HR Management Software
  • Support of the subsidiary’s management regarding HR topics
  • Contribution in HR projects and HR process design
  • Contact person for governmental and/or other authorities regarding HR related issues
  • Legal compliance according to the national employment law
  • Implementation and optimization of corporate HR standards in the role as Expert National (EN) for Human Resources – close communication and cooperation with HR International at the Fronius headquarter in Austria

Skills & Requirements

Professional

  • University degree an advantage (focus on HR management)
  • Profound knowledge of local employment law
  • Basic knowledge of compensation and payroll management
  • Two years of professional experience in HR an advantage
  • Experience in recruiting an advantage
  • Good IT knowledge (MS Office)
