POSITION SUMMARY

This role is crucial in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our HR function and contributing to our people-first culture. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems, and aptitude for learning new technologies
- Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment laws
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, growing organization
Preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- PHR certification or progress towards certification
- Experience with high-growth startups or rapidly scaling organizations
