POSITION SUMMARY

This role is crucial in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our HR function and contributing to our people-first culture. We’re looking for a key contributor who can efficiently manage HR processes while providing exceptional service to our clinicians and teammates.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems, and aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment laws
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, growing organization

Preferred

  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • PHR certification or progress towards certification
  • Experience with high-growth startups or rapidly scaling organizations

  • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll with precision
