We are currently looking for an HR Generalist to join our UK Hub in London. In this position, you will oversee all global mobility matters and ensure compliance with employment and immigration laws across multiple countries, including the UK, US, Dubai, Poland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Italy. Reporting directly to the HRBP, you will be pivotal in managing visa applications and processes, managing business development inquiries, creating policies, and managing benefits, amongst other tasks. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and proactive management of HR operations to support our international workforce effectively.

Visa and Immigration Management:

  • Manage the visa process for our consultants across different countries from our UK and Spain hubs, including requesting information, collecting required documents, and following up with visa providers during the application process.
  • For the UK: Applying for Undefined COS, applying for Defined COS, assigning the COS, and navigating the application process for Prospective Highly Skilled Employees Visa.
  • Identify the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) data for each UK Visa situation. Create the correct job description and identify the correct job code. Draft quotes for Business developers independently or with the visa provider´s assistance.
  • Managing application submission timelines.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR operations departments to ensure compliance with employment contracts and visa regulations and anticipate costs.
  • Research and identify potential new visa providers and analyse and compare costs for multiple countries.
  • Develop workflows for visa processes across different hubs and teams

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:

Visa and Immigration Management:

Employment Law and HR Policy Compliance:

  • Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding HR queries and policies.
  • Assist in designing and implementing HR policies across the organisation.
  • Assist with Onboarding and Offboarding processes for various countries.
  • Create HR Policies and Employee Handbooks.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support the UK HRBP in various HR matters and projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, broader HR initiatives, and strategic objectives.
  • Benefits management and implementation across countries, such as healthcare, pension and lunch vouchers.
  • Improve HR Processes and manage employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Assist in managing the whole employee lifecycle, from hiring to termination.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

Required:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
  • Strong experience in managing visa applications and applying for CoS.
  • Proven experience in HR operations or administrative roles, preferably in an international setting. Experience working with and creating HR policies.
  • Good understanding of UK law.
  • Possesses excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and an autonomous, proactive work approach.

Valuable:

  • Proficiency in French, Spanish or another EU language is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other (European) employment laws is advantageous.
