HR Generalist (Immigration Focused)
Summary: The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Manager and Regional HR team. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll processing, benefits administration, policy implementation, recruiting, onboarding, ad hoc reporting, leave of absence administration, employee relations and maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3 years general human resources experience.
• Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills
• Experience in Ceridian/Dayforce required

Desired Experience: Experience in routine office processes such as paying invoices, filing documents, scheduling appointments, etc.

• Experience implementing new programs, systems or processes in diverse organizations.
• American Payroll Association certification.
• Experience with immigration process in obtaining visas

Physical Requirements: The majority of the time of this position requires sitting in one place for several hours, typing on a keyboard, click and maneuver a mouse.
