REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed studies in the field of human resources, psychology, business administration or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in recruiting and/or people development
  • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of empathy in dealing with people
  • Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working
  • Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with HR software

    In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at 3,000 euros. Responsibilities:

  • Independent implementation of the entire recruiting process, from the creation of job advertisements to the selection and recruitment of talent
  • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates via various channels (e.g. job portals, social media, networks)
  • Conducting job interviews and assessment centers
  • Developing and implementing employee development and retention programs
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of training and further education measures
  • Working closely with managers to identify staffing needs and develop customized solutions
  • Helping to shape a positive corporate culture and promote employee satisfaction
