  • Support in the managing of temporary contracts;
  • Support in the managing of interviews with candidates;
  • Support in managing personnel at analytics level (master data, trainings records, tools..)
  • Support in administrative topics (pay, benefit, welfare);
  • Support in the management of HR processes (performance management, talent review, salary review, talent development, etc.);
  • Support in organizing HR initiatives and programs (local employer branding, engagement action plan).
