ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a strategic HR Generalist to join our dynamic team and enhance our HR processes. Reporting directly to the VP of People Operations, you will support day-to-day operations, including new employee onboarding, HR administration, and compliance, fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department. You have a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle to provide the ultimate white glove service to our employees who are our internal customers and increase their satisfaction. You will operate with a high degree of integrity and transparency to ensure Jerry’s People operations are reliable and seamless. Jerry is building the first AllCar super app to help people optimize all aspects of owning a car – insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, etc – a $2T market in the U.S. We started with insurance in 2019, and since then we’ve launched loan refinancing, real-time driving insights, a repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a GenAI-powered chatbot and voicebot. We have amassed over 5M customers, raised $240M in funding, scaled our revenue 40X and our team to 250 across 7 countries.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Master’s Degree in HR, IO psychology preferred
- Certification in SHRM or HRCI preferred
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements
