Robert Half HR Solutions is currently recruiting for an HR Generalist for a client in the Smyrna, GA area. The HR Generalist will report into the HR Manager and will support 150 employees. The HR generalist will be responsible for recruiting, HRIS maintenance, employee files, employee relations and HR projects. Previous experience with Paycom is a plus. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization and work with a dynamic HR team. This position is onsite 100% the first 90 days with the potential to go hybrid down the road.

• 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist in a corporate environment
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• Proficient in managing payroll systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
