WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt., a member of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for an HR Generalist to join its new factory in Várpalota.

We are looking for a colleague who is keen to participate in building and developing the organisation of a new company and creating an excellent workplace by performing the following main tasks:

  • Participation in the design, development and operation of HR processes
  • Initiating and participating in the implementation of HR activities with different objectives (e.g. community building, motivational, developmental, charitable activities)
  • Participation in recruiting process
  • Preparing, coordinating and monitoring the onboarding programme of new employees
  • Carrying out administrative tasks related to the entry and exit of employees
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports based on them.
  • Creating employment-related certificates
  • Preparing the monthly payroll process, forwarding data to payroll service provider
  • Handling softwares related to HR processes, maintaining basic data
  • Close cooperation with the different departments
  • Other duties required by the immediate supervisor

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • High level education in specialization of HR with minimum 2 years’ of experience in the field of HR

OR

  • Other BSc./MSc. degree with more than 5 years’ experience in HR
  • Advantage is a professional background in a production company
  • Basic knowledge of labour law
  • Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
  • Patient, empathetic, supportive attitude
  • Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, flexible team player who has ability to work independently
  • Accurate and precise working method
  • High level knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Experience or openness to digital solutions
